Michael Lawler is the project manager for WorkSource Wisconsin. He also serves as an instructor, researcher, and professional service provider through the Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute at the University of Wisconsin - Stout, where he lectures on subjects including: human resource management, ergonomics, assistive technology, leadership, organizational theory, education, and psychology. He also provides professional development services and conducts accommodation, ergonomic, accessibility, and assistive technology assessments in industrial, business, and educational settings.

Charlie George serves as WorkSource Wisconsin's primary contact for questions concerning employment and disability. Charlie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Vocational Rehabilitation Program with an emphasis in Drug and Alcohol Counseling. 15-years experience in placement/job development. He is activity involved in community organizations and guest lectures to university students.

Renee S. Surdick, Ed.D. teaches within the College of Technology, Engineering and Management in the Department of Operations, Construction and Management at University of Wisconsin-Stout, facilitating courses in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development. Dr. Surdick conducts program evaluation and serves as a project researcher for the Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute in the area of employment and persons with disabilities. Dr. Surdick has extensive experience in leadership roles within community rehabilitation programs and is active community change efforts with organizations that work with families in poverty and high technology based nascent businesses. Dr. Surdick serves on CARF's International Advisory Committee (IAC) and teaches as an associate professor at St. Mary's University of Minnesota within the Graduate, Health and Human Service Administration Program.

Dave Swan serves as the budget supervisor for WorkSource Wisconsin and holds a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He has 30+ years of experience in the field of rehabilitation as a direct service provider, trainer, and administrator with expertise in the areas of employment, assessment, and employer services. Dave is a past president of the National Rehabilitation Association of Job Placement & Development and a past Chair of the Inter-National Association of Business, Industry, and Rehabilitation.

David Hahn is an Information Systems Technologist / Computer Hardware specialist with the Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute at UW-Stout. His background includes a BA’s degree in Psychology, and multiple subject credentials in the fields of: Biology, Chemistry, Art History, Studio Art, Anthropology, Photography and he is a Certified Editor for film and television. Dave Hahn has been providing technical services for distance educational purposes since 1993.

Jennifer Klatt handles a multitude of administrative and support functions for WorkSource Wisconsin. She also provides support for Research and Learning Resources within Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute by processing online registration, documenting program completions, processing accreditation documentation, and maintaining mailing lists.

Miki Nomura is a resource and research specialist for WorkSource Wisconsin. Miki completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kobe International University, Japan, major in Economics, minor in Tourism, a Masters of Science at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, major in Hospitality and Tourism Management, minor in Tourism, and is currently completing coursework towards a second Masters of Science degree in Applied Psychology at UW-Stout.
